In 2015, he launched Rozaay Management, a creative marketing and branding agency that works with many professional athletes, influencers, and brands. Having success with his first venture, he then went on to create and launch the Athlete Technology Group. An events and media company focused on connecting and building athlete and tech entrepreneurs. Randy was also awarded The Ghanaian Entrepreneur of the Year and named a Brampton Top 40 under 40 recipient in 2019 for his work in building sustainable communities and he sits as a board member of Brampton Sports Hall of Fame Committee for term 2019-2022.
