I, like the rest of the world, have been deep in the experience of being home-bound and engaging in social distancing.

But, what I’ve found, almost paradoxically, in this feeling of being even closer to myself is an even closer contact with our greater connectedness than ever before.

A few weeks into the experience of social distancing, I felt the impulse to do a podcast with my close friend (and twin from another life), Igor Kreyman, who is the founder of the Human Connection Movement, on “A New Language of Communication.”

There is a much deeper layer of communication that is available at all times and now with a world asked to slow down and become more introspective, we find ourselves in close contact with it each day.

It is the layer of life, of love, that connects us all.

It’s now even closer to us than ever before.

In this episode Igor and I talk about the nature of true communication, that is communicating through our energy beyond our words, the importance of daily gifts or ‘messages of love’ to ourselves & others, and the ripple on effect they have on our globe.

In my own personal journey of surrender through this experience, I’ve faced an even deeper layer of my hidden-self, asking itself to be brought to the surface and loved.

And in doing so I’m finding myself come even closer still to the whole, reaching out and connecting lightly and lovingly with those all around, and with big dreams coming even closer to my doorstep.

This can be (and is) a beautiful time of true, deep, and lasting change for our world.

Igor Kreyman is the founder of The Human Connection Movement a global movement which is dissolving barriers and connecting people worldwide.

Igor is passionate about amplifying cohesion and interconnection within groups as well as assisting students, organisations and leadership teams to become better communicators.

Over the last 4 years igor has facilitated mass meditations at festivals, concerts as well as holding over 400+ public events across 20 countries with the help of 200+ volunteers.

He believes that whilst we are living in the most digitally connected time in history, we are more socially disconnected than ever before, and is focused on facilitating solutions for those that struggle with loneliness, social isolation and mental health challenges.

Igor has a background in film and theatre, his most recent role in the feature film, "One Less God," (2018) won the Grand Jury Prize & Industry Choice award at Dance's With Film's Festival, Los Angeles, CA, as well as the top prize at the Byron Bay Film Festival, Sydney, Australia.

His theatrical background has assisted him to capture the hearts and minds of Australians through his versatile, playful and grounding nature.

Igor has appeared on several documentaries including, VICELAND, ABC Catalyst as well as German Psychology Magazine; "Emotion" he’s also been featured in 20 + publications in relation to his work with The Human Connection Movement.
