Recently I was having dinner with my friend, Hala, who is a researcher of Alzheimer's and dementia, and is doing her PHD in Neuroscience.

What came to me was the idea of how we could look at the human mind and compare it with the idea of a ‘global mind’ or a ‘collective mind’.

We are already a part of an interconnected Global ecosystem, collective consciousness, and mind.

What allows for the ease and flow of information, connections, or synchronicity in the network - the naturally working ecosystem? And what blocks this easy flow of information and connections?

How can we personally in our daily lives allow for an easier synchronicity and connection to the wider network, global family, or global mind?

In this episode Hala and I discuss a theory: how can we look at the diseases Alzheimer’s and Dementia and witness how these, too, can be analogies for how fear may block our greater ecosystem from being in its greatest flow?

I came to learn through dreams and experiences that ‘distrust and mistrust blocks flow’ and trust is the key to unlock the greater network.

As we clear our personal emotional blocks and blocks in trust, receiving can be a lot easier - the path is paved for us to be connected to our already existing greater network or ‘global mind’.

It is the ability to trust one another, firstly to trust ourselves, that is the key to opening up the greater network and the doorways to opportunity.

This episode is one of a series of three episodes:
