One of the greatest challenges we can often face is expressing ourselves at the deepest level.

I have found in moving myself from Psychosis (where I believed very much more in many negative voices I had heard throughout my life) through to health, that the deepest challenge was believing in what was true for me and the way I wished to express myself.

At many times it was a struggle, a battle, and seemingly a fight with myself and the universe around me.

But I’ve learned there is no greater health than to respect your own choice of self-expression and what’s true for you and to move from that place.

In today’s podcast I interview my close friend Dr Carol Haddad who is an Integrative Oncologist.

We talk all about the impact of self-expression on our health and delve deeper into its relationship to cancer and other dis-eases.

I’ve found that my life “is the one universe, there is no separation” so, as a consequence, I have found that if I suppress myself in one aspect, I can often feel the effects of that suppression in another (or often my whole life).

In this episode we talk about “the real work”: that is “the work of self-expression” and the movement beyond conditioning into what’s true for you.
