Did you know you can time travel? You can do it.

I’ve been obsessed with the concept of time travel since I was a kid.

Some of my favourite movies are Back to the Future and Donnie Darko and I definitely remember trying to make the clock speed up with my mind.

So when the concept for this podcast came to me, ‘Time Travel’, I was exhilarated and over-the-moon at what I might learn.

What was once a pipe-dream, for me is now a reality, as I’ve watched myself skip across timelines with ease: friends arriving at my doorstep in a micro-second when I ask for them, job opportunities walking right into my life, and cups of tea arriving in the middle of the bush exactly as I asked for them in my mind!

Time travel is a ‘chance moment of change’.

It has a lot more to do with requited love or unrequited love than we may yet know.

This podcast is all about the power of self-support to bring us to timelines that blow our minds and are beyond what we may have comprehended.

It’s a recognition that in our ‘needless’ state of grace we exist beyond time; that our heart is the only clock.
