Ian Cole’s “fight” with Tom Wilson didn’t go well on February 7. Cole missed the next 11 games with a broken orbital bone. Ouch.

James and Jay discuss the play on March 7th in Dallas that injured Gabriel Landeskog in this show.

Congratulations to Semyon Varlamov who was named the NHL’s number one star for the week ending on February 24th.

Mikko Rantanen made some Avs history as he scored his 30th goal of the season on March 9.1995-96 is the only other @Avalanche team to feature three different 30-goal scorers. The 1998-99 #Avs had three 30-goal scorers on the roster but that included Theo Fleury, who had 40 goals but 10 with Colorado.#GoAvsGo https://t.co/1mk9cVSnEm— Brendan McNicholas (@bmcnich) March 9, 2019
