It's Christmas time here on Galaxy Moonbeam Night Site as Mike, Smitty, and George reflect upon TV Christmas shows and specials of the past. George shares wonderful insight on how these special programs from the 50s and 60s placed emphasis on the true meaning of Christmas: The Birth of Christ. The meaning and devotion placed into the many variety specials of the day are recalled. We also remember the animated series that were shown each year, and in most cases, are still shown today. We remember how these programs were family events, everyone gathering around the TV to watch these great shows. Mike shares some thoughts on his copy of the 1964 Sears Christmas Wish Book.
