On this edition of Galaxy Moonbeam Night Site, we look back at famous male duos of motion pictures. Such duos as Laurel and Hardy, Abbott and Costello, Martin and Lewis, and many others. Most of the male duos of films, are associated with comedies, although there were duos associated with dramas. In our look back you'll come across your favorite pair of film sidekicks. So listen in! In the second half of our show, we remember Matchbox Cars, the small toys made and sold from the 50s on. The history of how these little cars came into being is told. Also we look back at the variety of vehicles offered by Matchbox. Cars, trucks, jeeps, buses, tankers, and just about everything else that rode on wheels were made. The finely detailed little Matchbox vehicles are very collectible today, and sought out by those who grew up with them back in the day.
