Southern California radio personality Shotgun Tom Kelly joins Mike, Smitty, and Ian for the second part of an interview about Shotgun's life and career. We talk about "Words A Poppin", Shotgun's TV show from the 1970's. Shotgun talks about his work with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and his work with Jerry Lewis and Casey Kasem. Shotgun recalls some sage advice given him by Milton Berle. He tells us the story of his meeting with President Ronald Reagan and how he gave the President one of his famous hats. Wolfman Jack is remembered and Shotgun recalls fun times and playing pool with him. Shotgun tells us more about his radio career and the stations he worked at such as KCBQ, KFMB, and his present station KRTH in Los Angeles. He also comments on the changes he has seen in his years in radio, and his thoughts on the future of broadcast radio. All this plus a lot more.
