Mike and Smitty look back at the recent passing of Hollywood Custom Car Designer Dean Jeffries. Among the many cars he designed was the Monkeemobile that was seen on the 60s TV show "The Monkees". Dean Jeffries was also a stuntman who worked in many film and TV productions. We remember his many contributions to the film and television world. We also look back at some of the many custom cars that were designed for films and movies. Along with the Monkees, such other classic shows as "The Munsters" featured a custom vehicle that is still remembered today. And in the second half of our show, we review the recent unveiling of "Shotgun Tom" Kelly's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. We hear sound clips from the ceremony of April 30, 2013, including the voices of Jhani Kaye, Stevie Wonder, and of course Shotgun. Our Retro-Commercial is for Wrigley Freedent Gum from 1976. It's our Hollywood show here on Galaxy Moonbeam Night Site!
