The Olympics of 1972 were notable for a great swimming triumph, but also tragedy as athletes from Israel were killed in a terrorist attack that is still recalled with great sadness. Remember when you would go shopping at your favorite grocery store or gas station and you received trading stamps, to be used in getting nice household items from a catalog and redemption center?
