Chuck was a popular radio personality in the San Diego area from the early 1960s to the early 1980s. Prior to arriving in San Diego, Chuck was heard on radio stations in Central California. Once in San Diego, Chuck was heard on such stations as KGB, KDEO, KSON, and KSDO. He covered a wide variety of musical formats in his years on the air, and as he speaks with us he recalls his many years behind the microphone. In addition, Chuck was involved in the 1965 concert given by the Beatles in San Diego at Balboa Stadium. Listen to his stories about supplying the Fab Four with cigarettes!
