Burnouts are very common to everyone, especially to those who have full time jobs, and you’re trying to juggle a lot of things.

There’s no shame in admitting that you experience burnout.

Blake and I experience burnout quite a lot, and from our experience, there are 6 things that you can do to manage your burnout.

✅Identify what causes the burn out. Be self aware.
✅Rest. Don’t get annoyed or try to power through, it’s not going to help.
✅If you still want to be productive, do the easy work.
✅Find something fun to do.
✅Find somebody that can help you. Offload as much work as you can and focus on the things you enjoy doing.
✅Get support from other people and talk to them about it.

These are the things that help us a lot when we are burned out. Try them and see how they work out for you.
