Feeling insecure all time about who you are can have some pretty rough effects on your life physically, mentally, and emotionally.  Manifesting itself in disease, addiction and chronic stress and can effect how you perform in your day to day life.

I know. I've been there and today I am pulling the mask off my own insecurities and how it has effect my one mental health and has created excuses in my own life.

Today I chat about how I recently started going to a high fitness class that helped me to consciously realize and bring to the surface of my subconscious insecurities and why it took me two years to finally go try this class out!

It's when you invite those parts of you to the light  that you try to hide because you don't want anyone to know they can ultimately help you expand and grow and build better self esteem.
