Are there setbacks in benzo withdrawal? What causes them? How long do they last? And how do you deal with them? Benzo withdrawal can be a crazy, confusing roller coaster ride, and sometimes you need a guide map to find your way.In today’s episode, we explore the setbacks many of us face in benzo withdrawal. We look at some of the causes, identify seven common triggers, and share a couple of methods for managing them. I hope you find it helpful.

Welcome to Episode #90Today's episode is focused on setbacks in benzodiazepine withdrawal. Most of us who have dealt with benzo withdrawal, have also dealt with setbacks. We are feeling good for a while, maybe even believe we have healed, and then a wave hits us, sometimes out of nowhere. Why does this happen? And what do we do about it when it does? That is the topic of our feature today. I also share a story in the intro of my struggle with symptoms during jury duty. I hope you enjoy the episode.
