We are live at Root Down in Phoenixville for our first ever collaboration podcast! We are joined at the brewery by Chris and Mike from Root Down and Ryan from Warwick Farm. We had a great time with the guys from both breweries and the crowd that came out was great! We discussed Root Down's 5th anniversary that just passed, & what beer was their favorite to brew to-date. We debate if more mice have eaten people or more people have eaten mice, why brut IPAs suck, & Tom introduces everyone to Dall E mini. As always, we discuss what trends in craft beer will look like coming up.
