Ours came true when we finally somehow convinced Mike LaRosa, Director of Brewing Operations at New Trail Brewing, to be a guest on the podcast. As one of our (and I'm assuming one of yours as well) favorite breweries in PA, we obviously had a lot to talk about. We talked with Mike a ton about his background in the brewing world, we talked about his collaboration packs that are out now, how New Trail was able to become as successful as they are in just 3 years, and we talked about what it's like to get his beer all over the state.
