Welcome to the Best is Yet to Come with Pastor Brad Morgan. This week's message is continuation of messages on the Prophet Elijah, encouraging believers to "Arise and Eat." Pastor Brad continues teaching from 1 Kings 18:45 (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+kings+18%3A45&version=NKJV). This verse is about the prophesized rain that would come, it also speaks to the rain of the Holy Spirit that came into Elijah and caused a supernatural strength to come to him. God revived Elijah's strength. God says that He will send seasons of refreshing from the presence of the Lord. Rights after this, there came an attack.

Many times after a great victory there comes an attack. Pastor Brad continues in 1 Kings 19:1-8 (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+kings+19%3A1-8&version=NKJV). 

Elijah became fearful in his circumstance and ran to the wilderness. He was tired a vulnerable and sat down under a Broom tree and prayed that he might die. 

But God came to him through an angel and said "arise and eat." God told him to remember who he was. Isaiah 60:1-2 says, "Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you,And His glory will be seen upon you."

And God through the angel came to him a second time and said, “Arise and eat, because the journey is too great for you.” God will come and touch you in your time of need.
