Welcome to the Best is Yet to Come with Pastor Brad Morgan. This week's message continues a series on the Prophet Elisha. Elisha asked for a double portion of Elijah's annointing be given to him. Elisha recieved a double portion of what the Prophet Elijah had. This is how it works with God's provision.

This week's teqching begins in 2 Kings 4:1-7 (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2+kings+4%3A1-7&version=NKJV). This story is about a "certain woman" who had lack. God connect you with people that can bring you to a different place. People that you can walk with (your peers), and people that you can help and bring to a different place. Elisha advised the woman to go and get many vessels for the little oil she had. If you listen to God, He will bless you based upon what you hear, what you expect. When God gives you an instruction believe it and obey.

The woman, who thought she only had a small amount of oil, filled all her vessels. The oil ceased when she ran out of vessels. She could have even brought more. Ephesians 3:20 says, "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, ..."

God gives instructions in stages. God will give you wisdom, maybe not all at once, but in stages.

The women was able to go sell the oil, pay her debts, and her and her sons were able to live off the rest.
