Welcome to the Best is Yet to Come with Pastor Brad Morgan. This week's message continues a series on the Prophet Elisha. Elisha asked for a double portion of Elijah's annointing be given to him. Elisha recieved a double portion of what the Prophet Elijah had. Some of the sons of the prophets couldn't see that Elisha had received this, but, as we should, he kept moving forward.

This week's teqching begins in 2 Kings 4:8-17 (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2+kings+4%3A8-17&version=NKJV). The woman in this story wanted to make Elisha's life easier. She was a woman of means. She set up an uppper room for Elisha and while there God spoke to him about the woman's need. She was unable to have a son. He asked her, "what can I do for you."

The annointing that you expect, is the annointing that you attract. This woman stood at the doorway, and was between seasons. Elisha told her that "about this time next year you will embrace a son." She had given up on having a son, but God had a plan for her and the desire of her heart was fulfilled.

Delight in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart. The woman conceived and had a son in the appointed time!
