God gives power to the weak. Wait on the Lord and have expectancy. He will renew your strength. Go back to the Lord with promises He has made to your heart. 

One of the ways we wait on the Lord is through songs. Declare the Psalms with joy. You can see this in Psalms 28:7, Psalms 69:30, Psalms 95:2, Psalms 43, Psalms 121, Psalms 33:3, Psalms 32, Psalms 149:5-6, Psalms 35:10. God is raising up a singing army.

Worship and praise brings victory.
