And it may take six, seven years to do the whole case. What's changed is, if we keep the patient’s best interest in the forefront of our treatment planning thought process, that was what forced me to learn how to phase treatment. And once I could phase treatment, my case acceptance went up. Because face it, you're going to do a full-mouth rehab, or someone needs that level of dentistry, whatever it is. That's a big ask. And a lot of times, patients simply can't do it. So, therefore, it becomes helpful as a dentist if you can break that down into stages.” (5:48—6:24)
