“You have patients who come in all the time but are very hard to make any profit off of. Then, you have other patients that are profitable that don't come in. So, what does a membership plan do? It gives the patient coverage. It gives them access to some discounts. Most importantly, though, they're paying a subscription for access to their hygiene visits.
