And a lot of times, there's a mentality that, ‘I'm only going to do what insurance is going to cover,’ and that's okay because that's what they've been told. So, for that reason, I think it's the most challenging practice style out there today. The difficulty is, that's where a lot of young dentists end up out of school because they're paid well and it allows them to pay down some significant debt that they have. The problem is, you’ve got to get through those tough years...
