Samantha Howlett is a PhD student based at the Lancaster Reefs Lab.  Her research covers how climate change effects coral reefs and their future.  Prior to that she volunteered for a marine project in the Caribbean.  This involved learning to dive and lots about coral reefs.   She found her love for scuba diving and has travelled around the world on coral reef projects including Kuwait, Ecuador, Seychelles and finally started her PhD in Fresh Polynesia.
