In this week’s episode, I interview the Baylor Bears offensive line coach Eric Mateos where we talked about his coaching journey thus far from being a grad assistant making 250 dollars a month to coaching under guys like Coach O at LSU Coach Pittman at Arkansas, and his recruitment of Frank Ragnow to Arkansas who has just recently became the highest-paid center in the NFL! We also talked about his time at BYU coaching Brady Christensen and being around Zach Wilson, the #2 overall pick in this year’s NFL draft. Aside from football, we also talked about some of the things Eric enjoys doing off the field like his love for sneakers, vacation spots, favorite concerts, the Kansas/Texas BBQ rivalry, and of course his favorite foods and best spots to eat when in Waco.
