Tracy Conner is a 1st degree Black Belt who trains with Kenny Kim, and has been in BJJ since 2003. He has not only metaled in multiple grappling competitions, but he has also won Pan Ams and Worlds! He had a lot to say not only about his game, but Jiu Jitsu as a whole, and is for sure one of the nicest people I've had on the show!
