... guys... I... I'm so happy right now...
If you guy's don't know by now.. I'm a HUGE Ace Attorney fan. I'm always looking to see what the next big news in the series is going on. For starters, Ace Attoreny vs Professor Layton is FINALLY making its America debut SOON! it's already out in Japan (Since 2012!? WTF Capcom?!) and just hit Europe last month... So hopefully it'll be out in the next few months or so.
Now for the BIG news! A new series, more like a companion series to the already great Ace Attorney series. This NEW series will be called "Great Ace Attorney: The Adventure of Ry?nosuke Naruhod?". This game is said to have the same Ace Attorney quirkiness, but at the same time, have a whole new style of game play.
Given this new series is going to take place during the "Meji" Period in japan. The only fear I have, is how Capcom will Americanize the Meji period. I honestly think they should stick close with the deep Japanese roots of the Meji Period. Capcom really has a big chance to immerse us into the Period of japan that essentially pulled japan from the fuedul warring states era of the 1800s, to the current modern form of Japan that we all know and love today.
the new characters in this game are supposed to be the ancestors of our beloved Phoenix wright. "Ry?nosuke Naruhod?", just like his predocessor, is filled with justice and just wants to help people, and discover the truth hidden in the lies presented to him. He apparently practices Kendo by the looks of the art below.
And just like ANY Ace Attoreny, Ry?nosuke has a companion who looks very traditional Japanese in style and apperance, but not much else is known about her at this time.
