Deborah is the CEO of MyCorporation.com, an online document preparation and filing company for new businesses and entrepreneurs forming corporations and LLCs in the US and Canada. Deborah holds her law and business degrees from Pepperdine and was a partner of a Los Angeles firm before going in-house for MyCorporation. She ultimately acquired the business out of Intuit and loves the entrepreneurial model and flexibility afforded to her as she enjoys both entrepreneurism and motherhood.
