Looks like Facebook is not changing their policy after all! This says to me that Messenger is taking more time to understand how people are really using subscription messaging, and that is all to the good. Couple things, though...

When you're sending those subscription messages, make sure there isn't any sales language or "Buy Now" buttons. It's worth your time to check twice, as we know that Facebook is concerned about those messages.

And this: When you're reading about changes to Messenger (or anything else really), it's worth your time to check your sources and get the information straight from the horses' mouth. When I hear there has been a change, I check Facebook's developer site to see the information first hand. It saves a lot of misunderstanding!!
