:: ::

In this episode, Brs Vince Mary Carrasco and Brandon Berg discuss the annual event called World Day of Consecrated Life. The celebration every year coincides with the feast of the Presentation of the Lord in the Temple.

The brothers banter on history, reading, winter-break birds and then discuss their experience as consecrated religious. The brothers talk about the difference and the similarities between being called to religious life and making the choice to be a consecrated person.  One description of consecration is to be set aside and dedicated for a particular purpose. The brother or sister in vows is set aside for a life as a symbol of God’s goodness and presence. The brothers also discuss the blessings of being a consecrated person and some of the nitty-gritty, day-to-day "pet peeves." Don't miss it this one!
