During a morning walk/jog, I confessed to God about lustful thoughts I had the night before. Remembering that I need to stay on alert from attacks of the enemy because I am reminding women to be pure for God. Scriptures to meditate on; Galatians 5:16-26, Matthew 26:30-46, Philippians 4:8, 1 John 1:7-10. Stay spiritually alert, be close to Jesus, pray so that you won’t fall into temptation, pray before you are tempted, pray when you are tempted and pray in repentance when you’ve fallen back into sin. Stay strong, stay safe, stay alert, stay prayed up, stay close to Jesus and stay healthy.
