Bishop Carr tell us how he was brought through Vietnam being shot a total of ten times on three different occasions. Bishop Carr went to prison on two different occasion and in prison is where he met Jesus Christ. Bishop Carr became a preacher in 1987. If that is not enough the last seven year he has face cancer head on and God is not through with him yet. Still Standing.
