Episode 014 Ellie On The AT: How a Family Thru Hiked with a Baby - a podcast by Emory R. Wanger

Ellie was only a year old when her parents put her in a backpack and embarked on a dream hike on the Appalachian Trial.  With baby in tow, they found a way to complete their hike all while raising a baby.  Ellie spent just over six months watching the world go by at 3mph through amazing landscapes and meeting some of the most amazing people of the Thru Hiking community.  She even learned to walk while on the AT!!!

This podcast is the story of baby Ellie, Bekah, and Derrick Quirin hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2017.  For me, it's an inspirational story that makes me believe even more in chasing dreams and removing what some might deem as impossible barriers.

Bekah and Derrick are incredible people who want to live the life they've always dreamt of and they're doing it as a family.  You're doing to love their story and with any luck, maybe be inspired to dream bigger than you ever have.
