Nick is the founder and CEO of National Careers Week which this year runs from 7th - 12th March.

It started as a social media campaign and has now become a leviathan that pushes for great careers education in schools and colleges.The week #NCW2022 imbues so many with a great energy and dynamism and shows (thankfully) that there's no place in 2022 for the careers "test". Hear Nick talk about the way he and his colleagues champion careers best practice, tying it in with the curriculum and what it is that fuels his own personal mission.
