In this episode, I cover Thutmose the 3rd, whole ruled ancient Egypt in from about 1479 to 1425 BC. According to Rabbinical Judaism, this is the period when the Exodus occurred. Most historians consider him to be a great military leader, having expanded the empire to the largest extent seen up to that period. Next week, I’ll continue the history of the Egyptian New Kingdom.
