The empowerment by the Blood of Jesus is part of the "Jesus Package" that Father God honors because of His Son Jesus.  
God honors the precious blood of His Son because His Son honored Him with His Blood on the cross in obedience.  All heaven (Holy angels) honor the Blood of Jesus.  Angels take action when prayers honor the Name/Blood of Jesus. So when we pray, appropriate (apply) the Blood to every situation and develop your faith in the "finish work of the Blood of Jesus".
Satan knows the power of that Blood, because it defeated him for all eternity.  There is nothing Satan can do to change that.  The fate of  Satan, demons and his fallen angels is sealed.
 Satan has no power over those who are in Christ Jesus (unless you  don't know that you have authority over Satan by faith in the blood of Jesus).
