In today's pod Claire speaks with Caroline Brockman, a 19 year old sophomore at UC Berkeley. Caroline is a nutritional science major and shares some insight that she has learned through her studies and her internships. Caroline has also been an athlete her whole life, from soccer growing up too track and cross country in High School to more recently ultra-running. Caroline and Claire have lots of fun discussing the ins and outs of Caroline's opinions on food, as well as her hate for bananas and love for hard fruits.
