In this week's episode of the podcast, I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr Mike Banna. Mike is an NHS GP, co host of the Fitness Unfiltered Podcast and the director of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. This week, we discuss lifestyle and behavioral change in relation to health and fitness goals, fat loss in particular.



In order to make sustainable change, lifestyle and behaviors that have led to the point where change is wanted must be looked into and tweaked. We discuss how to go about doing this, habits, motivation and what is generally needed to allow for that change to occur.
