This week, I spoke with personal trainer and owner of Donnybrook Performance, David Poff about Exercise and Nutritional considerations when dealing with female clients. In this podcast we discuss whether women should weight train, will weights make women “bulky”, training and nutrition considerations regarding that time of the month and a few other bits you may or may not be aware of.


This podcast is designed for 2 people. First and foremost, for the female audience. Understanding certain things that may give you the edge when it comes to your goals can be solid information to ensure you are progressing at a solid rate. But this podcast is also for the coaches, who aren’t all that competent when it comes to these considerations dealing with female clients. It is well known that it’s a topic coaches are not nearly educated enough on, so if we can help even one coach figure out how to work with his females clientele a little better, then we are happy!
