With 2021 just around the corner, so many of us will be sitting down to write our goals for 2021. The only issue I see here is how many people will fail to achieve these goals. This failure is not down to effort or desire to achieve that goal, but more so the plan from the start.

When the vision isn’t crystal clear, and there is no path to follow bringing you to that goal, it becomes hard to work towards and most of the time, we give up.
