Hope springs eternal! At least that's what the market seemed to think today; boosted by Congress in the US last night inching closer to a deal on stimulus. The ASX 200 closed up 0.7%. Tech was a on tear (again) with Afterpay hitting an all time high of $115.69. BNPL challenger, Openpay, jumped 27% after announcing it would expand into the US.
