I am joined by Julia Greensmith from Joyful Connections who is a babywearing dance teacher. We chat how wearing your baby in a carrier can have a soothing effect on a colicky baby and help boost parent's mood too.  

Julia is not only an amazing dance instructor but a mum of 4 too. You may hear her beautiful children in the background of our interview but we know how it is, that fine balance of a working mum and I'm sure you will resonate with that. It certainly doesn't distract from all of her amazing knowledge.  We get to grips on the science behind the fun too.
