Rond House is currently in ideation and creation and they are in talks with several real estate developers and investors to find the right partner that shares their vision.

There are experiments happening in Helsinki that are around living as a service or service based living but so far the concept is still very new there. Currently a lot of education is needed to help people understand what coliving is.

Sjoerd is CEO and Co-founder of Rond Production House. He has a background as theater engineer specializing in sound & lighting design. Throughout his career he has been involved in the production of hundreds of events from small local concerts to large scale music and theater festivals. He has developed and operated a cultural hub for a creative community in one of the most Northern cities of the Netherlands and most recently after moving to Finland he has been busy producing b2b conferences for startups and corporations with a strong focus on anything tech and related to our built environment.

She moved to Finland only three years ago to study international business and not only has she been involved with the production of multiple conferences and hackathons about the future of work and smart cities she also founded her first company.
