Whenever I mention the phrase "Stepping Out Of The Shadow" to a NextGen, it usually evokes something emotive. It resonates with those that feel that they haven’t reached their fullest capacity and there’s something or someone in the way of that. I believe we have all been called to step out of the shadow to be all that we are called to be. Sometimes that shadow is a NowGen, sometimes that shadow is an outdated mindset, sometimes that shadow is our projected self and not an authentic self, sometimes that shadow is an ego.
