On this episode, I breakdown how to connect with the right kind of recruiters without speaking to a bunch of duds. I don’t want you wasting your time chatting about opportunities that are for someone less qualified and that will pay you less than you deserve.
You may find yourself receiving Linkedin messages from recruiters that are sourcing for entry-level positions. You receive a ton of messages for these kinds of roles but the executive-level recruiters are nowhere to be found. This happens when your Linkedin reads like a generic, HR “generalist” profile. To attract the higher level positions, you need to optimize your profile.
