The holidays aren’t always easy or joyful. For me, the holidays feel surreal. If you know my story, you know that my familial relationships are a bit… nuanced. Even if I’m feeling emotionally off during this holidays season, as a leader, I still have to show up and motivate others. On this episode, I talk about how to continue to lead when you are having a tough time finding motivation. I also share how I deal with grief during the holidays.
