Lizzie Markson is a theatre artist, an acting teacher/coach, and a movement/meditation teacher.  Her mission in everything she does is to empower others to open their hearts so they feel held in unity and catharsis. As an actor, she has appeared as Sophie in the “Mamma Mia!” Farewell National Tour, Anybodys in “West Side Story” at the IHI Stage Around Tokyo, and Natalie in “Next to Normal.”  Every week she sends a newsletter to her mailing list called “Return To You” where she empowers creatives to come back home to their wholeness via blog posts, workshops, and classes.

In this episode we go deep on how to tap into the creative flow, setting intentions before creating, how to deal with dread and resistance, the importance of a daily creative routine, and the difference between interpretive vs generative artists.
