Ryan is a die-hard Houston Rockets fan who became interested in becoming an official after his displeasure with Scott Foster one game. He thought he could do a better job than him (lol) so he decided to get certified and give it a shot. He would soon quickly realize how difficult officiating is and that he might not be better than Foster just yet. Funny thing is, he became a big fan of his after hearing Scott speak on The Crown Refs Podcast #49.โฃ

In this episode of Game Notes, we talk about the importance of having a next-play mentality just like good players do and not judging yourself or your partners during the game. This episode also features over 10 minutes of signal school where we break down Ryanโ€™s table reporting to add more strength and confidence. https://youtu.be/IDTx5eEFHvw
