Jośe Carrion is a Puerto Rican legend who's officiated in the Baloncesto Superior Nacional league for the past 32 years, including the 2022 Finals. During his amazing career as a referee, he's worked in 3 Olympic games including 2004, 2008, and 2012, and has also been an NCAA-M Division 1 official since 2002. All these accomplishments for a man who's never even played a sport but has been a lifelong learner & student of the game.⁣

In this densely packed episode, Jośe shares his love for teaching and why every official can learn by instructing others.
